Desert Tea is great as a hot or cold refreshing drink. But Desert Tea can also be
used as a marinade for chicken.
For Marinade:
1.Combine 4-6 Chicken Breasts in two cups of Desert Tea ( made
with 1/4 dry product added to the water) for one -two hours.
2.Pour all ingredients into a baking dish add one cup of Golden or brown raisins
3. Bake one hour at 325 degrees
4. Serve over rice or Lentils
Chopped Pecans may be added for a different taste
